Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Tasmeem Apparel, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items, discounted products, customized or made-to-order items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. Exchanges are only accepted in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Tasmeem Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
